This is an ink drawing of 'the blue flower.' The blue flower is a literary symbol of that which cannot be attained, in the sense of a deep desire or longing. The dragonfly is a symbol of adaptability and perseverance in the face of adversity.

This artwork has been executed in a mixture of technical pens, acrylic ink, and marker on hotpressed watercolour paper. The dragonfly and blue flower will glow under a black light environment.  The drawing measures approximately 58x58cm and is presently unframed.
