This is a painting of Bran Castle, aka Castle Dracula, with the aurora in the night sky.  Bran Castle is marketed as the inspiration for the castle in which Count Dracula lived.  Located in Transylvania, this castle has a very rich history dating back centuries, and even as a fortified trade gateway prior to the castle's erection, going back more than 1000 years.
 
This painting has been created with a mixture of inks, and traditional acrylic paint on 140lb watercolour paper.  The aurora was created with ink that glows under a blacklight so it looks like a shining aurora in the dark.
 
This painting measures 30x40cm (12x17 in) and has been framed in a black frame and off white mount for a classic finish.  The framed dimensions are approximately 40x50cm.  It comes with a certificate of authenticity
