Shipping Policy

All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. A flat shipping rate of €40 per order applies regardless of destination or the number of items purchased. This covers packaging, handling, and insured shipping.

Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 working days. Delivery may take up to approximately 14 working days, depending on destination and postal service conditions.  You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Artworks are securely packaged to protect them during transit. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery where possible.

 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact terrismithart@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and artwork.

 

Returns Policy

Due to the unique nature of original artworks, returns are accepted only if an item arrives damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and the packaging so the issue can be assessed.

If the damage is confirmed, you may return the item for a full refund of the purchase price once it has been received in its original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for securely repacking the artwork for return shipment.

 

Exchanges are not offered.
 

Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selection.
