This is a painting of Dr. Mudd's House, an historical landmark near Waldorf, Maryland.  Once, the famed home of the doctor who treated Lincoln's assassin, John Wilkes Boothe, after he fled the Ford Theater shooting.  This painting has been executed in inks and traditional acrylic paint on watercolour paper.  It is mounted in an off-white mount but is not framed.  The artwork itself measures approx 6x9in (15x23cm) and with mount it measures approx 9x11in (23x28cm).  The artwork comes with a signed certificate of authenticity.
