This painting looks closely at the ground layer in a damp forest environment, specifically at the small fungi that may exist there.   Here we see two amanita variety pushing up through the decaying leaf litter.
 
Executed in inks on 140lb watercolour paper, this work measures 42x30cm and is professionally framed in black frame with white mount to measure 52x40cm.
